Responsibilities:

Prospect and Identify Leads:

  • Conduct research to identify potential commercial landlords and property owners in the target market.
  • Utilize various lead generation techniques, such as online research, industry events, networking, and referrals, to build a robust pipeline of prospects.

Engage and Build Relationships:

  • Initiate contact with potential clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, in-person meetings, and networking events.
  • Understand clients' property management needs, challenges, and objectives to position our services effectively.

Conduct Property Assessments:

  • Visit commercial properties to assess their management requirements and understand the unique needs of each potential client.

Present and Demonstrate Services:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing the benefits and value of our property management services.
  • Address client concerns and objections, highlighting how our solutions align with their goals.

Develop Tailored Proposals:

  • Create customized proposals and service agreements tailored to each client's specific property management needs and preferences.

Negotiate and Close Deals:

  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to negotiate terms, pricing, and contract agreements with potential clients.
  • Utilize persuasive and consultative selling techniques to successfully close deals.

Maintain CRM and Sales Reports:

  • Regularly update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information about leads and clients.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management, detailing sales progress and forecasting.

Collaborate with Marketing:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Provide feedback on marketing strategies based on client interactions and market insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the commercial real estate or property management industry.
  • Strong understanding of commercial property management practices and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with commercial landlords and property owners.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
